Registered parcel post
Cost of registered post is $5.50. With registered post, a unique identification number is assigned for your parcel which allows you to track for the item. This must be specifically signed for by the person named in the address. There are some exceptions where the addressee is a minor or where the addressee will have provided for a nominated person to sign on their behalf. . Estimated delivery time will be 1-6 working days from the day of shipping (If you live in NSW you should receive within 3 days)
Extra Cover (formerly Insurance)
All Registered Post mailings for delivery within Australia include compensation to $100.
- Extra Cover for the item can be purchased for $1.30 per $100
Express Post Platinum
Cost of express post is Aus$12, insurance cover is NOT available in the Express post platinum service, so if you wish to insure your item, please use Registered parcel post. We will not be responsible for uninsured items.

In an express post service, the parcel will be delivered to the addressee's door and the courier must obtain a signature as proof of delivery before completing delivery. Tracking service for your parcel is available by phone or online (Please see link)

SHIPPING COST - International Order Out Of Australia
We offer the following international flat rate options for shipping to destinations out of Australa.
Registered Post International – AUS $12 flat rate
Please contact me if you need insurance cover. Estimated delivery time will be 3-10 business days from the date of shipping.
Note : If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please contact your local Post Office or Mail Centre to see if they are holding it for you. If they don't have it, please email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING OF ORDERS
No order will be shipped out until your payment has processed. This can take up to three business days. Once your payment has been processed, your item will be packed safely in a gift box and shipped within 48 hours. We will send you a confirmation email at each stage to ensure that you are informed.
